Recommended for those who already supplement iodine and selenium from another source (for example, WTN Iodine and Selenium Complex) but also need other trace elements, and whose doctor has not recommended using iodine-containing food supplements for their condition. Some food supplement manufacturers often fail to take this into account, even though the raw materials most commonly also contain oxides.

Keep the product out of reach of children, in a cool, dry, dark place. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not for use by children. Do not use this product if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of its ingredients. It is strongly recommended that you take food supplements separately from coffee. Take them at least half an hour before drinking coffee or at least 2 hours after drinking coffee. Food supplements should not be taken with dairy products. If you take several food supplements, consult a professional about the best order in which to take them to avoid any potential interactions between their active ingredients. Recommended for use in courses unless your doctor or naturopath has advised otherwise.
Ingredients: chromium-enriched yeast, fully reacted copper bisglycinate, sodium borate, horsetail extract, parsley leaf extract, spinach extract, moringa leaf extract, guava leaf extract, mustard seed extract, L-lysine amino acid, sodium molybdate.
Recommended use: 1 capsule daily, preferably between meals, or with a meal if you have a sensitive digestive system. If you also take a zinc-containing food supplement (for example, Zinc Complex Drops), it is important to take it separately (1–2 hours apart). Use in courses: after two- to three-month courses, take a break of 1 month or longer.
