Carob Powder - Organic - 200 g

Carob? Locust bean? Do these words sound like a mystery to you too? It’s time to clear the fog surrounding carob! Carob powder is made from the fruit of the carob tree. Similar in color and aroma to cocoa, it has a slightly sweet taste and is rich in dietary fiber. Carob can therefore be safely enjoyed by children, pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, older adults, people with gluten intolerance, and those sensitive to lactose or cocoa. You can use it instead of cocoa powder, or mix it half and half with cocoa powder.
