Buckwheat and mushroom one-pot meal with carrots. The buckwheat has a slightly nutty flavor, complemented by the sweetness of the carrots and the distinctive taste of the mushrooms. Preparation: heat in a pan for 2–3 minutes, stirring continuously; or heat in the opened package in a microwave for 3–4 minutes at 750 W; or place the sealed package in hot water for 10 minutes.
