Other allergen information: The product must not be taken in cases of known hypersensitivity (metal allergy) to the active or inactive ingredients, severe kidney failure, or diseases caused by disorders of iron and copper metabolism (haemochromatosis, haemosiderosis, Wilson's disease). People with liver or biliary tract disease should take it with particular caution, as most trace elements are excreted in bile and their elimination may therefore be impaired. Avoid taking it together with other products containing iron or trace elements. Regular use of certain painkillers (acetylsalicylic acid, indomethacin) may inhibit iron absorption. Some diuretics (furosemide, thiazides) may inhibit zinc absorption, others (ethacrynic acid, thiazides) magnesium absorption; medicines that reduce stomach acid may inhibit iron absorption, while antibiotics of the tetracycline type may inhibit the absorption of certain trace elements.
