One of the most well-known pasta shapes, if not the most well-known. The meaning of the word maccheroni is disputed: although it is of Italian origin, it also appeared among the ancient Greeks. It is therefore no surprise that in many languages, the word “macaroni” does not necessarily refer to the tubular shape, but to pasta itself. One of its most characteristic uses is in mac and cheese, but it is also an excellent choice for other baked pasta dishes.

Thanks to its shape, gluten-free maccheroni bamboo pasta holds sauces perfectly. It was made so that people with gluten sensitivity and vegans can enjoy it too.
