Ingredients: myo-inositol, pantethine, gelatin (capsule), holy basil extract, pyridoxal-5’-phosphate, mango extract, riboflavin-5’ sodium phosphate, inositol hexanicotinate, thiamine pyrophosphate chloride, thiamine hydrochloride, D-biotin, glucosamine folate salt (L-5-MTHF), methylcobalamin.
Recommended use: Recommended amount: 1 capsule daily. Take in the morning or at midday with a meal. May cause nausea on an empty stomach, and taking it in the evening may adversely affect sleep.
