Acacia Flowers – Robiniae flos

Loose acacia flowers for making tea.

Preparation: Pour 2 dl of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of acacia flowers. Let steep for 5 minutes, then strain. Sweeten with honey if desired.

Always prepare the tea fresh. Allow it to cool until lukewarm and sweeten with honey to taste.
