We make GabiJó blueberry jam differently from the traditional way, without granulated sugar. We use concentrated grape must and an extract of the stevia plant to sweeten it. Did you know that our blueberry jam contains no preservatives either?
Ingredients: blueberries (50%), concentrated grape must, concentrated lemon juice, gelling agent: pectin, sweetener: steviol glycosides. 100 g of product is made using 50 g of blueberries
