Prepare an aromatic bath! Mix 5–10 drops of essential oil into a spoonful of carrier oil or milk and add it to the bathwater. Make a perfume oil! Add 15–20 drops of essential oil or a custom essential oil blend to 2 tablespoons of jojoba or sweet almond oil. Once prepared, leave it to stand for 2 weeks so the scents can blend well with the carrier oil. Shake well once a day during this time. To make massage oil, use grapeseed, macadamia, sweet almond, extra virgin olive or another cold-pressed oil.
