In a plastic or glass bowl, mix equal parts of the HERBATINT hair color gel and glycol color developer, taking your hair length into account. Screw the caps back onto any remaining bottles so you can use them again in the future. \u003cbr\u003e 2.) Apply the mixture to dry hair. \u003cbr\u003e a) For first-time application \u003cbr\u003e 3.) Distribute the mixture along the full length of your hair. Start at the roots and work toward the ends. Use a comb to distribute the mixture evenly. \u003cbr\u003e 4.) Leave the dye on for 40 minutes. \u003cbr\u003e b) For root touch-ups \u003cbr\u003e 3.) Apply the mixture to the regrowth and leave the dye on for 30 minutes. \u003cbr\u003e 4.) After 30 minutes, distribute the remaining dye through your hair and leave it on for a further 10 minutes. (The entire process takes 40 minutes.) \u003cbr\u003e 5.) Once the processing time is over, gently massage the mixture with lukewarm water to work it into a lather.
